PT400 Tank Alarms

Tank AlarmsPT400 Tank Alarms come complete with an integral fill monitoring system. If during filling, the fluid reaches a pre-set height an alarm condition is set. An enunciator can be added to sound the alarm. Alarm acknowledgment and recording and printing of alarm events are all supported. The system is set up to handle two software set point alarms, normally set at 90% and 95% capacity.

For additional spill prevention capabilities a float switch is added to the probe chain assembly. If the fluid ever rises to the float switch level, the overfill alarm will sound continuously until the liquid level is lowered. This hardware alarm is the final line of defense and is set at 97% capacity.
