Petrotag Technologies Warranty Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a 5 year parts only warranty on products manufactured by Petrotag. All other products will be warranted by their manufacturers policy.
This warranty is a limited parts only warranty, and does not include any labour (whether supplied by Petrotag or the Customer). If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, Petrotag must be informed immediately. All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt. If the Product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Petrotag will, at its sole option, repair or replace the part or Product. Repaired or replaced units will still be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period: no repair will cause the period to be extended. Such repair, replacement, or refund will satisfy all obligations under this warranty.
Petrotag products are covered by a limited liability warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if in the judgment of Petrotag the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product’s instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number. Repair by anyone other than Petrotag or an approved agent voids this warranty. The maximum liability of Petrotag is the product purchase price. Refer to the original sales receipt to calculate the warranty validity.
